If you have a compatible smartphone, contact our sales office.
Whether it is a new line or a change of SIM card if you are already using our mobile service, you will receive an email with all the information you need to activate the mobile phone service.
We will send you an email with the QR code to download the profile, PIN, PUK and the steps to follow to turn your eSIM on.
Your eSIM will be activated automatically when you use it for the first time in Andorra.
Yes. Once you are in Andorra you will have to select the Andorra Telecom eSIM card in your mobile settings. Once you have selected it, it will be automatically activated when you communicate for the first time (with a call or data).
Yes, to do so you’ll need to delete the eSIM card from the device it’s activated for and use the same QR code for the other device. If you’ve used the QR code twice, you’ll need to activate it again by repeating the whole process.
If you’re a contract mobile telephony user, you can perform a third reading of the QR code you already have and you’ll be charged €3 (including IGI tax) on the bill.
If you’re a prepaid mobile telephony user, you’ll have to come to the store to request a new QR code and you’ll be charged €6 (including IGI tax).
No, restarting the device will not erase the eSIM data. To erase this type of data, you must enter the configuration of your smartphone and delete them manually.
If you delete the eSIM card by mistake, you can re-use the QR code we’ve provided you with. If you’ve used it twice, you’ll need to activate it again by repeating the whole process.

In the event of theft or loss, you have to do the same as you would for a SIM card. Call us at 115 (or +376 301 115 from abroad) to block the line. Once you have a new smartphone compatible with eSIM, you have to ask us for a new activation.
The eSIM comes with the PIN deactivated. However, it can be activated if needed. The PIN is included in the SIM profile card and can be obtained from the customer service centre (115). You can activate the PIN when configuring the device and then change it after entering it for the first time.
You will not notice any difference, as you will have the same number and tariff, keeping all the services you had contracted with your physical SIM. The eSIM will simply replace the physical SIM.
Yes, you can do this in Settings->>Mobile Data. Select a plan and then click on "Remove mobile data plan". It is important to note that such action does not terminate the line and it will continue to be billed.
The validity of the plan is one month from the day you activate your eSIM. If you need more internet data or minutes you can top it up again whenever you want.
