Can I continue receiving a paper invoice?
Yes, you may request a paper invoice to be sent to you for the cost of €1 per month. All the profits will go to environmental initiatives.
People over 65 of age who so wish, may continue receiving paper invoices free of charge.
What does the electronic invoice consist of?
You can view the invoices sent to your home each month online, in PDF format. To view them you just have to access the “Invoices” section of the Client Area or the Andorra Telecom app. You can also view your history in recent months and download it onto your devices.
How much does the electronic invoice service cost?
The electronic invoice service is totally free of charge.
What day will the monthly invoices be available from?
The invoices will be available during the first 3 or 4 business days of each month.
Can I ask for a paper copy of my invoice?
Yes, you can request, free of charge, a paper copy of your invoice at any time, by contacting the commercial agency in Prat de la Creu Street, at the “Connectem” Space in Sant Julià de Lòria or the customer service points in La Massana and El Pas de la Casa.
