The backup service includes the cost of the Veeam licence and reserved storage, which can be extended according to your needs.
We can offer a multitude of data backups originating from physical servers, clouds, workstations and professional apps (SaaS).
The customer has the Veeam application that is configured with the Andorra Telecom cloud repository. Through this tool, the customer decides the backup features, such as frequency of copies, servers to be copied, etc.
Andorra Telecom can offer a redundant backup service in two different locations to ensure the availability of the company's information under any circumstances. In addition, the company is also recommended to make a local copy of the data.
Currently, our technicians perform this service through VMware's Disaster Recovery service.
Yes, the office backup is important to have a first layer of data protection, but it can suffer accidents (natural disasters, human error, viruses, etc.) that damage the information. Following the 3-2-1 backup rule, it is essential to have at least one copy of the information in a location other than the office.
