The cost of the service starts at €4 per month, depending on coverage needs, repeaters, etc.
The service installation includes a study of the solution, which costs €30 for standard installations (2-3 hours for the technical teams to carry out the installation).
You don’t need to come to our store. You can request a study of your home directly from our Customer Service Line at 115. When the technicians go to your home to do the study, you will receive information about the proposed solution. If you want the service, the technician will give you the contract so that you can sign it at the same time, which means you don't have to travel to our offices.
Any internet speed is valid to enjoy the Wifi Total solution.
The solution provides wireless installation. However, if you already have Ethernet cabling at the points where the repeaters will be placed, you can take advantage of the installation.
Yes, repeaters can be turned off at night. We recommend that you use the "Wifi Andorra Telecom" app to schedule on and off times. This way, the repeaters will turn on or off automatically every day.
No, our technicians leave the customised solution up to the customer's request (Wi-Fi network name, password, guest network, etc.).
If you move house, a new study needs to be done, as the need for repeaters and their layout will be different from those of your previous location. Keep in mind that the layout of your home, its area, the glazing and the thickness of the walls, among other aspects, weaken the Wi-Fi signals and require our technicians to make a custom study.
