Which router models are valid?
You only have to change the router if you have the HG or DG model. LG and F50 routers are already prepared for the next speed increase.

How to connect the new router at home?
Frequently asked questions
You only need to change the router if you have the HG or DG model. You can find your router model on the sticker below or on the side of the router. If the model name contains LG or F50, you don't need to do anything: they are already prepared for the new speeds. However, if the model name starts with HG or DG, you should change it to the new model.
HG and DG routers are not compatible with the new speed upgrades that we will be activating soon. In order to take advantage of these speed upgrades, you need to have one of the new compatible models. In addition, changing it will allow you to enjoy a more stable connection and you will be able to have more devices connected at the same time with better performance.
The change is completely free of charge.
Bring it to our shop at Carrer Prat de la Creu, 2 and we will recycle it in the most appropriate way.
