Voicemail
Free answering service that records messages when you cannot answer a call.
You can personalise messages with the voicemail. For example: “Hi, you have reached Joan and Cristina, please leave a message after the tone” or “Our lines are busy, please call back in a few minutes”.
This service also has in informative voice mail, which lets you listen to an informative message only, without having to record any messages. For example: “We would like to inform you that we will be closed for the holidays from the 1st to the 31st of August”.
How does it work?
To redirect the voice mail in order not to respond from the phone, call: *10#. (To deactivate it, call: #10#).
To activate unconditional redirection (all calls are redirected directly), call: *21*200#. (To deactivate it, call: #21#).
Once you have redirected, you need to configure your voice mail.
Call 171 from the phone (the first time that you access it you will need to choose the language). You will also be able to configure or listen to your messages from another phone by calling +376 848 888. In this case you need to change your pin (by default it is 0000).
How will you know if you have received a message?
Every time you receive a message in the voice mail, you will receive an alert via SMS informing you that you have a new message. To listen to voice mail messages, call 171 from your phone. From any other phone you can call +376 848 888.
How much does it cost?
To listen to messages, activate and deactivate the voice mail, there is no fee from Andorra via 171. If you do it from abroad, there is a fee based on local roaming rates.
