HD Voice or VoLTE (Voice over Long Term Evolution) is a technology that enables you to make and receive calls on the 4G mobile telephony network with better sound quality and no extra cost.
Once you’ve activated this technology, when you call someone who also has it installed, you’ll hear a much clearer and sharper voice because the surrounding noise has been isolated.

Compatible mobiles with HD Voice
If you have a compatible device with the HD voice, you will recieve a SMS indicating that you can configurate your device to use the service. These are some of the compatible mobile phones, although there may be more:
Apple
Iphone 7 or superior
Samsung
Samsung with android 12 or superior
Xiaomi
Xiaomi 10 or superior
Xiaomi Poco 2 Pro or superior
Xiaomi redmi note 9 or superior
Frequently asked questions
If you have a compatible mobile phone, you’ll receive an SMS to indicate that you now have HD Voice available. You just have to adjust the settings to call using the new technology.
If you have a compatible smartphone and you haven’t received an SMS indicating that HD Voice is now available, you can call us at 115 for more information.
iPhone: Go to Settings> Mobile Data> Options and select “Enable VoLTE” (check with different devices).
Android: Go to Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Enable VoLTE calls (check with different devices).
Once you’ve configured your mobile, you’ll call using HD Voice in the same way as you did before this technology was available. You may see some visual changes on your smartphone screen indicating that HD Voice is being used.
This feature has no additional cost. The calls are charged or discounted from your minute package depending on the rate you’ve subscribed to, in the same way as until now.
