Make a complaint

Download the complaint form from the website. You can use it to record the problem that has come up so that an agreement or solution can be found. You can send it to us in the following ways:

Send it by ordinary post to: C/ Prat de la Creu, 2. AD500 Andorra la Vella.
Bring it personally to our store, located in Andorra la Vella or at the Pas de la Casa service point. Check the opening hours.
It can also be processed by calling 115.
