New security measures for the SMS Directe
To continue using SMS Directe securely, we are introducing new measures.
You will only need to complete the steps that apply to your situation. (If you have already completed any of these processes, you do not need to complete them again).
To continue sending SMS messages using your alias, you need to complete this registration.
Andorra Telecom will handle the process through Lleida.net.
You just need to follow these steps.

From 31 October 2026, we will enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to access the platform.
No configuration is required.
No. You only need to complete the steps that apply to the way you use SMS Directe.
However, registering the sender with the CNMC is mandatory for all customers who use an alias (custom sender name) when sending SMS messages. If you have not yet completed this process, you must do so before 15 September 2026.
Regarding the security measures:
No. If you have already completed the sender registration, you do not need to submit the documentation or fill in the form again.
The registration must be completed before 15 September 2026 to continue using your sender name (alias) when sending SMS messages.
Registration is a requirement established by the CNMC. If you do not complete the process within the specified deadline, you may no longer be able to use your custom sender name when sending SMS messages.

From that date, every time you access the SMS Directe web platform, you will need to enter a verification code sent to the email address associated with your user account.
No prior configuration is required. When you log in, the system will automatically send a verification code to the email address associated with your user account.
Only customers who use SMS Directe via API.
If you only access the web platform, you do not need to take any action related to the API.
