How do I activate Movistar Plus+ on my devices?

Step 1

Download the app onto your device and make sure you have Android 5.0 or iOS 11 or higher..

Step 2
Sign up in the Andorra Telecom . If you have any queries, please call us free of charge at 115. If you are already a Customer Area user, go to step 3.

Step 3
Go to the and, in the “My Products” section, enable the two Movistar Plus+ users on your devices (you can enter the same password for the two users, the usernames are preset).

If you can’t remember the password, you can update it in this section.

You can now enjoy the service!

Please bear in mind that:

If you change the Movistar Plus+ package, the app will be updated on the day after the change.
You can use the service on as many devices as you wish, two of them at the same time.
* You can use the app in Andorra and in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
